Registering Cisco phones with 3rd party call manger

Dears,

I have Cisco IPphone 7911-7975-7937 models and i want to use them with other call mangers and PBXs like Grandstream is it possible to register the above models with other solution rather than Cisco if I used SIP firmware ?

i know that the above models dont have 3PCC capability. still can be done ?

you can register those phone models  with third party call control applications if you load them with SIP firmware. You can find a large number of discussion regarding this topic in Cisco Community.

I have no experience with 7911 and 7937 but 7975 can work with 3CX or Asterisk.
