I m configuring one CISCO IP phone model no CP-8845 with Cisco router C8200-1N-4T but issue occurred during registration. So plz some one can help me how to register the mentioned IP phone

You’ll need to provide a lot more detail; we can’t read your mind or see the router’s config remotely.
Ensure the router has DNA Advantage and CME licenses from the Smart Account.

1. Is it possible to configure VSS in the mentioned router
2. I have configured the Cisco IP Phone in 3 steps:-
a. Creating voice register pool
b. Creating dn
c. Creating voice register global
I have done all these three steps. On analysing router logs it shows IP phone is registered but when IP phone connected to the network it is taking long time.
