Hello Guys ,
I have problem about registering webex room kit mini to CUCM (Version 11.5) . I'm sure I've registered mac add correctly, and the device type is correct. However, the page on CUCM says the status is rejected. Previously, I registered this mini webex room kit to Webex Cloud. Do I need to enter the firmware in CUCM? How can I collect the status log because I can't open the GUI from Room Kit Mini
