Hi,

I had 7 CUCM servers on my cluster. dprelication fails between those servers.

I stop dbreplication on all subscribers and after that the publisher and i reset for all from pub and no change.

When i issue the "utils dbreplication runtimestate", the status hungs on value 0 for subscribers and value 3 on publisher with Setup requested / completd / in Progress message displayed in front of each subscriber server.

I repeated for many times to reset replication but it made ne sense.

Thanks and Best Regards

Driss

Can you pull the CM Database Status from Unified Reporting?

or Open a TAC Case!

Hi,

Problem is resolved.

Below are the steps followed :

  • utilis dbreplication stop (all subscribers)
  • utils dbreplication stop (publisher)
  • utils dbreplication reset (publisher)
  • restart publisher (until all services are started)
  • restart subscribers (one by one --->  mandatory until all sevices are started)
  • check by doing utils dbreplication runtimestate and get value 2 on replicate counter.

Thanks and Best Regards
