Hi,
i´m looking for a reporting tool for Call Manager Express (running on 2921 router) with roughly 150 extensions.
We would like to check in- and outgoing calls (duration, dialing number, dialed number) etc.
Can someone recommend a good software solution?
And is there a simple way to extract these informations with on-board tools as well, i.e. can the router write these call data records
to its local file system and we grab them from there?

CME can send CDR (call detail records) to ftp server
and later you can extract any data using oracle or ms sql server
