Reset Voicemail Pin

Hello,

I just need to reset the voicemail PIN for a user that forgot their PIN. Our phone tech is on vacation so I'm not quite sure how to get this reset.

What voicemail system you have, Cisco unity connection or Cisco unity express ?

Do you know the IP of your CUC server and the admin credentials to login??

If you don't have that information, you cannot do this.

If you have PCA enabled, the user can do this himself.

I do not have this information, nor do we have PCA enabled. I'll have to wait until our phone tech gets back.

Go to https://syrunitypub.kiltz.com/cuadmin/home.do

login with your credentials

look for the user to want to change the pin

click on the user

hit edit on top

cahnge password.

That will change the voicemail passowrd.

Do you mean install/upgrade page, if yes..

Procedure

Step 1 Browse to the URL for Cisco Unity Connection Administration.

Step 2 From the Navigation menu in the upper, right corner of the Cisco Unity Connection Administration window, choose Cisco Unified OS Administration and click Go.

The Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration Logon window displays.

Note You can also access Cisco Unified Communications Operating System Administration directly by entering the following URL:

http://server-name/cmplatform
