Restoring missed calls to a 7975 phone

I have a user who accidentally deleted his missed calls on his phone.

Is there any way that I can restore them or give him a list of what numbers were in missed calls.

He is an attorney thinks he missed a very important call.

Hi,

There's no way to recover hem directly to the phone but if you have the CDR service to record all kind of call you will be able to get a list of number was received.

Hi Joulian,

Leo is most correct here (+5 )

Call History (Missed, Placed, Received) is only stored on

the phone itself, so other than using CDR as Leo nicely suggested

the only other hope is if the Attorney's line/DN shows up on an Admin

phone. The Missed calls may show there as well depending on the config.
