hello
If your have IPCC , there is a ringback wav file under "C:\program files\wfavvid\prompts\system\default"., you can get it . Then go to CUCM-media resources - Music On Hold Audio Source then upload it . Note: Make sure that the ringback.wav file is in the CallManager server and configured appropriately. Otherwise this can cause CPU spiking in Cisco CallManager

Go to Cisco OS administration - TFTP file management - put a filter "RingBack" with filter criteria contains. This will show you the directory in which Ringback file is stored to.
Now open command promt from your computer and put this TFTP command in it.
TFTP -i x.x.x.x get united_states/AnnRingBack.alaw.wav
where x.x.x.x is your CUCM ip and united_states is the directory. It will copy that wav file to your local drive from which you executed that command.
