Route patttern 933 to dial 10 digit external destination. 933 Transform and Dial 9015552121. 

I need to setup for Intrado 911 ERS system, so when I make a test call a 10 digit number is called when 933( this is a test RP) this is a test RP for testing the PS-ALI database information.  I will need to create/modify the 911 RP to a different 10digit number for actual live 911 calls. 

Can this be done in the Router Pattern and  setting the which mask?

It kind of sounds like you're looking for the Called Party Transformation Mask. What's holding you back from trying it?

Anthony is spot on, simply enter your desired number under "Called Party Transform Mask" at the 933 route pattern.  Then make sure that number is configured to point to PSTN on the GW/CUBE if you are using SIP/H323 between CUCM and the GW/CUBE.
