Hello,
In RTMT, the Calling DN, Orig Called DN, and Final Called DN show the URI (user@company.com) instead of the DN. Of course, this makes it impossible to search for extensions in RTMT. We would like the DN show in these fields. I'm able to search for the DN in CAR to view the CDR's, so at least we can get around it. The URI Dialing Display Preference service parameter for Cisco CallManager (Active) is set to DN. CUCM version is 11.5.1.22900-28.
How do we go about having the DN show in these fields in RTMT? Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there,
Could you please check the service parameter "Real-Time Monitoring Tool Display Preference for Calls" under Clusterwide Parameters (System - General).
This parameter specifies Real-Time Monitoring Tool display preference for calls that has both Directory Number and Directory URI available. Valid values are:
Directory URI - Prefer Directory URI for display when available over Directory Number [DefaultValue]
Directory Number - Prefer Directory Number for display when available over Directory URI

Hi Andrew, sorry about that. This is in Real Time Data (Voice/Video > Session Trace Log View > Real Time Data).

RTMT does this automatically, when the DN's have URI's assigned to them.
If you don't need URIs for any features, delete them from the end user page / from the DNs directly
URIs get automatically assigned to the DN, when the Directory URI is filled in the end user page and the primary extension is choosen.
Also URIs can be manuelly configured on the DN.

Is there any way to have RTMT show the DN in Real Time Data instead of the URI, while keeping the URI configured on the DN and for the End User? I'm not sure why the URI would take precedence in being displayed over the DN in RTMT.
