Hello,
I have a ESXi CUCM working fine and another VM with Windows OS. If try to access RTMT tool always appear this issue.
I have verified that there is connection between VM- Windows OS and CUCM VM.

What are you entering as the IP address? It needs to be the IP/FQDN of the CUCM Publisher node.

Have you tried from some other PC??

I have tested with another real PC and doesn't work. And the port 8443 is opened. This issue is very strange.

Can you verify that the "Cisco CallManager Serviceability RTMT" service is started?

The service is working. Furthermor I have restarted and doesn't works still.
