RTMT does not show SDI trace file

Hi All,

I have h323 Trunk between CUCM 7.1 Cluster and CME. I want to see the SDI logs. When I go to RTMT > Collect Files> Call Manager

Logs come just with the SDL trace file , it does not show SDI trace file.

anyone has any idea why?

Hamed - Can you double check below and make sure traces are correctly configured.

From CUCM serviceability page Go to:

Trace>Configuration>Select the Server>CM services>Call Manager

1) Check the checkbox apply to all nodes is checked
2) Debug trace level is set to detailed
3) Trace on checkbox is checked
4) Also make sure you are collecting traces for correct time when there were calls going through
