Hello Community,
Actually i have simple question become not easy to solve !!
Is there any way to screen lock 8841 ip phone ??
Please excuse me if it very simple but i tried many way and non is working?

Dear All,
No, neither of those are options provided by CUCM. The only options we offer for such purposes, would be to use EM, FAC, or CMC. If you want this, you would need to use a 3rd party app.

Hi Tareq,
Few clarities regarding:
EM - Extension Mobility, this is used like login/logout from you phone and applies your EM profile. In your CUCM you will have to create an EM XML service though.
FAC - Forced Authorization Code - Is basically used when you dial out a external PSTN call and used for billing purpose and tracking of calls who has made from which extenions.
CMC - Client Matter Code - Same like above FAC.
What i have mentioned in my pervious chat message is that, you can lock the Phone using a PIN which is based on XML Application services and you can control the unauthorized use of the device.
