Hi all ,
I want to search phone( mac adresses ) in my cisco call manager 8.5 which are not assigned any DN.
I have more that 5000 phones in my cluster( my clustres has 1 publisher 3 subscriber and 1 moh).
I am not getting any search filter for finding these phone i need to delete these phones as they are consuming my licenses.

Hi Rohit,
Just to add another idea to the good tips from my friend Nadeem (+5)
From cucmadmin go to the Cisco Unified Reporting on the top right
hand drop down and select the report;
This should give you the MAC of all the phones you are looking for

Hello Rohit,
Did you try with Route Plan report search with "Unassigned DN"?
you can also do the same thing through RTMT tool. Refer to this link below

I did tried Route Plan report search with "Unassigned DN" but this only shows DN's without MAC and these Unassigned DN's are not consuming any license.That RTMT stuff was new for me thanx for sharing that info. +5 to u bro
