Secondary Dial Tone Help

I've just had the please of moving some of our offices in Asia onto our Australia Call Manager. In Australia they use 0 for secondary dial tone, in Asia they use 9. My delima is this, we have an ARC console server there that when set up they used DNs that start with 999. So the problem I'm having is when folks in Singapore dial 9 X to get an outside line they don't get secondary dial tone until the next number is pressed. Is there any way round this problem?

Thanks in advance.

We are on CM 7.1(5).

The easiest idea I can think of is to put the Australia and Asia DNs into separate partitions and add a site access code to get from Asia to Australia. That way the Asia DNs will not have the DNs starting with 999 in their CSS and can get secondary dial tone.

Note that you can use the Update Lines option in BAT to move existing DNs from one partition to another.
