Hi,
I need to securely mount several phones (~20) to desks for a customer. The Cisco locking phone brackets are all seem designed for wall mount only. Has anyone found a bracket that works with a desk? Or have they modified the Cisco brackets to work horizontally?
I have suggested a short Kensington cable with one of the phones that has the slot, but they are still concerned about them being used as a weapon.
Thanks,
-Kevin

What kind of environment is this that they would use the phone as a weapon?
I know some companies like CyberData have some cases for phones for places like jails.

It's a mental health facility and has an area similar to a prison, where these phones will be installed.

OK, then I do suggest you give them a call and maybe they have something you could use for such environment.
