I have an employee who would like to be able to see the line status of her boss from the display of her CP-8841 phone. Although she could do this in Jabber, she would like to use the phone only if possible. Is there a way to do this? Our organization is on CUCM 11.5.(1)
BLF should take care of that, you need to add blf to the phone buttons in phone template, and under subscriber CSS, set it to the same one that the line is using, then test
