we have cucm 10.5..
I have a special request in the company.

In a migration from a traditional PBX (siemens), the people wants the same functionality in the niew cisco cucm.

There are two important users, CEO and his assistant.

Both phones, the CEO and his assistant, are configured with pickup groups and BLF. His assistant answer his phone all the times (via BLF).

The ceo wants that his phone shows only a visual alert and only rings when his assistant call him (or in a call transfer), for example she capture his call, then transfer the call to him.

how can implement this in CUCM 10.5 ?.

I dont think its possible to setup ringtones based on calling number. Maybe you can setup a 2nd line and have the assistant call him/transfer calls on the 2nd line and set that line for ringing whereas his main line will be set for flash only in CUCM.
