Can anyone let me know if SNR feature supported in UCCX?
Actually our client is unable to receive agent calls via destination to mobile number.
The agents see the call ringing on their phone, but the RDP call forwarding is not sending the routed call to their cell phone numbers.

That’s a definitive no. The IPCC DN is severely restricted in features and CCX as a product assumes, in my opinion, an excessively formal/rigid agent role.
The closest you can get is Extend and Connect with Jabber. In this scenario a CTI Remote Destination anchors the call to an off-net telephone number. This may be appropriate for home agents but not someone on the move who expects to casually accept calls on their mobile.

I wouldn't agree more with Jonathan.
I have implemented this in the past and it works exactly as John describes.
