Good day, I know that we can setup users profiles so that they may enable and disable SNR from a softkey on their phones. I would like to know if it is possible to allow them to enable disable SNR remotely. Either by TUI or the users CCM webpage?
Many Thanks
Jonathan Seville.

They can manage their SNR by the CCM user page. Users can delete and add their remote destination on their ccm user page

You can also use Mobile Voice Access for a TUI method to turn on/off SNR.
