Hi,
I'm facing this issue right now. Is anyone of you can help me to solve the issue?
So, I'm going to make a call. Below is the flow:
IP Phone -> CUCM (Trunk) -> VG -> ITSP -> My phone.
Also, please help me guys to understand the flow of How SIP Trunk works, so I can read the debug.
Do you have documents related to that?
Thanks so much,
Antony
here's debug from voice gateway:

It looks like you may have a dial-peer misconfiguration on your gateway. Can you provide a sanitized config from the VG?
Please rate useful posts and mark answers as correct if applicable.

Hi Anthony,
Your ITSP is not responding to your SIP INVITE. You need to ensure that your ITSP can connect to you on the ip address 10.123.36.10. It appears this possible because for some strange reason we see a BYE to a transaction that doesnt exist on the CUBE. SO speak to them and find out why they are not responding to your requests
