SIP Call Block Fails

Hi,

I have configured call blocking inbound on a SIP trunk but the call blocking is not working.  Configuration is below.  I have moved the block commands to every dial peer and back again and still call block fails.  Using VzB sip trunks with 2801running ios 12.4.20 T4.

voice translation-profile block_harassing_calls
translate calling 4

voice translation-rule 4
rule 1 reject /254702010495/

dial-peer voice 101 voip
description voip dial peer from Verizon for Voice
translation-profile incoming block
call-block disconnect-cause incoming user-busy

Update:  At first glance it looks like my profile names do not match but here is the correction.

voice translation-profile block
translate calling 4

Under the dial-peer, use this config instead:

call-block translation-profile incoming block

Using a standard incoming translation profile configuration will not work for call blocking.
