Hello,
We have two sites having CME both are connected to each other via SIP Trunk.
One site (e.g. siteA) is having SCCP phones, other site (e.g. siteB) is having SIP phones.
Calls from Site A to Site B are successful, where calls from Site B to Site A are failing.
Following logs are from Site B:

can you please send the full output of a debug ccsip message from both VG?
Thanks

Hello all,
The issue is fixed by configuring transcoder on both the ends.
Appologize I didnt able to gather logs because of site A router health issue. On enabling debug ccsip and ccapi, the router performance went down and all sccp phones were getting unregistered abnormally.
Thank you all for your time and reply.

Well we are certaint it's a codec issue. Now codec issues can happen due to a range of conditions. We will need debug CCSIP messages from the call to see what codecs were offered on both sides, also a debug voip ccapi inout would be ideal to identify the dialpeers involved, along a show run to review them.
