Hi Guys
Can anyone tell me what the below commands are for?
This is a CME with SIP to the ISP.
Does each phone have to authentication when making a call out?
This is the config for the provider on the CME, can someone explain what each is for?

Hello,
this is the config to register a SIP trunk on CUBE to the provider and then authenticate outgoing calls to the provider.
It has nothing to do with the phones registering to the CME part of the CUBE.
For better understanding of the commands itself, check out the voice command references (search them on google).

It is for the authentication of the SIP trunk to you service provider. Recommend you to configure this in a tenant configuration instead as this would give you trouble with SIP phones in CME as they require the gateway to act as a registrar and the only way you can set that up is to use the SIP-UA configuration. There are loads of threads around this on the community, one of the later is this one https://community.cisco.com/t5/unified-communications/sip-ua-outgoing-issue-cisco-cme/td-p/4525809
