I am unable to receive calls to my IP phones when I dial my DIDs. I can make calls out just fine, just not sure why I can't call in. To test I use my cell phone to place a call to my DID (provided my flowroute) and I just get a disconnect tone a few seconds later.
Attached is my current config (FYI I'm new to VOIP and this is a home setup, so any modes that need to be made won't effect anything important)
Cisco 2821 / C2800NM-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 15.1(4)M8
CME 8.0
Cisco 7975
Flowroute SIP provider
Thank in advance for the help

From what I understand, I have everything configured correctly, but my 7975G isn't loading the xml file... Any ideas.

Hi,
It looks like there is a difference in the List.xml
In the below you have entered list in CAPITAL:
tftp-server flash:/Desktops/320x216x16/LIST.xml alias Desktops/320x216x16/List.xml
Kindly change it to list.xml and try again
Thanks
DJ

It messed up the dial-peers configuration, please take a deep breath and have a little walk and then remove other dial peer (10,11 & 12) make sure dial-peer looks like below and then dial 9137129524, currently call is hitting to dial-peer 0 (because there is no dial-peer ocnfigured to receive 19137129524) and again it trying to go out using dial-peer 1..
dial-peer voice 1 voip
translation-profile outgoing addlocal

no modem passthrough
session protocol sipv2

Good to know that, add below translation rules under "voice translation-rule 12" and then check..
rule 4 /^17852465184/ /2000/ rule 5 /17852465184/ /2000/

You rock!!! That rang through too. Couple of tweeks...
7852465184 I would like only to ring 1002
And is there a way to have the caller ID drop the +1 and only show the 9 digit phone number?
Do I need to clean anything up out of my config, is there any that is in there that needs to be removed?

Try this for ringing only on 1002.
voice translation-rule 12
rule 1 /^19137129524/ /2000/
rule 2 /19137129524/ /2000/
rule 3 /9137129524/ /2000/
no rule 4 /^17852465184/ /2000/
no rule 5 /17852465184/ /2000/
rule 4 /^17852465184/ /1002/
rule 5 /17852465184/ /1002/
rule 6 /7852465184/ /1002/
07-02-2014 07:55 AM
That did it...
When I dial out, will 1002 show that 785 # and 1001 show 913?
Later on when I add more phones, do I simply just modify the voice-translation rule to point to the extension I want? For example:
voice hunt-group 1 parallel
list 1001,1002,1003 <---- 1003 being future line
pilot 2000
voice translation-rule 12
rule 1 /^19137129524/ /2000/
rule 2 /19137129524/ /2000/
rule 3 /9137129524/ /2000/
rule 4 /^17852465184/ /1002/
rule 5 /17852465184/ /1002/
rule 6 /7852465184/ /1002/

Hi,
Yes that is correct.
Instead if you want all the calls to ring a particular number for instance 2000 which is the pilot for the hunt-group.
you can just use a single translation-pattern
rule 1 /^.*/ /2000/
Which means any number will be matched and will be converted to 2000, which will be the pilot of voice hunt group.

You can put below command as "GRP_1002 & PROVIDER_in" profiles are not associated anywhere.
no voice translation-rule 10
no voice translation-profile GRP_1002
no voice translation-profile PROVIDER_in
As per logs, calling number and called number are +17024011492 & 19137129524 respectively for internal call to CME.What caller ID you are getting on Cisco phone and what you want ? I am asking this because you said 9 digits but there are 10 digits number if we exclude 1.

When I call from my cell I see the +1702401XXXX, I want the +1 dropped and only show the 702401XXX
07-02-2014 07:57 AM
to have the caller ID drop the +1 and only show the 9 digit phone number?
as I told you need
for incoming calling number
1. incoming translation rule
2. incoming traslation profile
