Unity - How can I tell how many voicemail messages have been listened to?

Silly question of course...

In Unity, if I go to Edit-Mailbox, I see the number of messages in the account, however, is there a way I can tell how many are new (not listened to), and how many have been listened to?  Thanks so much.

CISCO VoIP System Info:

Cisco Unity Connection version: 8.6.2ES25.21900-25

CM Admin System version: 8.6.2.21900-5

I dont have a 8.6.2 system in front of me but your best bet would be check the Reports under Cisco Unity Connection serviceability and see if a report there provides what you need.

Hey Joseph,

+5 to my friend George here for his good tips!

Your best bet here will be using CUDD from the fantastic - Unity Tools smiley

CUDD - Connection User Data Dump

http://www.ciscounitytools.com/Applications/CxN/UserDataDump/Help/UserDataDump.htm

  • Mailbox unread message count.  The total number of messages that are marked unread (new) in the user’s inbox.

Cheers!
