yes, "session-transport tcp" solves the problem.
I try the same command for SRST SIP CME mode, unfortunately it could not solve the problem. Is there any command to solve it?
Please advise

For 79xx phones, use SCCP not SIP. You will enjoy more features and less trouble.

Hi
My customer used 3905 which was only support SIP for it. Actually, when I use "id network x.x.x.x" command under "voice register pool", it can work properly. Now I want set the voice register pool using "id mac" in order to speed up the configuration when the WAN is down. Is it possible?
When we run in "mode srst" there is no "session-transport tcp" can be put in "voice register pool".
Please advise

As above, 79xx supports SCCP and that the way they are to be used.
For 3905 in SIP, you n to make sure there is no firewall in between phone and CME. If there is, you need to disable it. Phone will have to use UDP, not TCP.
