SIP Proxy server - digit manipulation on forwarding

Hello :)

Can a SIP proxy server manipulate digits or just forward them? We see a digit mismatch from an Avaya PBX (which we do not have access to).  Was wondering if there was any way to change that from our SIP Proxy server ..

What kind of proxy server do you have? If it’s a Cisco router that is configured to act as a SBC/Cube you would be able to modify this with voice translation rules.

Not sure what SIP proxy you having here, yes you can manipulate the incoming and outgoing digits using any Scripting Language which supports.

I used before Lua script good and powerfull, these kind of setup.
