SIP Trunk issue (no service)

I'm facing an issue with sip trunk , the status changed to NO SERVICE . Please provide me with troubleshooting steps and what should be checked .

where are you seeing this? in cucm?  is there OOB SIP pings that are timing out?

Hi Dennis,

yes in cucm , other trunks are working properly , just this one changed status to no service

Is it connected to cube or directly to itsp?. You need to check
reachability by pinging from CUCM CLI.

Check in CUCM traces to see if SIP response is coming back or is it timing
out. If response is coming then check the error code being return in SIP
response.
