Hi,
I'm have an issue with transferring calls to a specific SIP trunk in our call manager. Anytime a CP-88XX telephone tries to transfer a call from inside or outside to this one SIP trunk, the call gets stuck at the 88XX phone like it is on hold but it can't be retrieved. However, the call can be sent over to the SIP trunk by using the Conference button. SCCP phones and PC Jabber accounts work fine.
Thanks

And what troubleshooting have you done?
Have you checked the call logs?
Have you compared the logs of a sip and a sccp call?

Hi Mohammed. We are using SIP to CUBE for our outside access. This particular SIP trunk is connecting to a Call Handler that is maintained by an outside company. I do have access to RTMT to get traces.

Please get the actual logs, not just the ladder diagram. You should as well get the output from your Cube for these debugs running in parallel, deb ccsip message, deb voip ccapi inout. Attach these like text files to this post.
