SIP trunks in route group

Hi,

We have a configuration where we have two SIP trunks in a route group, and these trunks connect to an IVR

When the first IVR is down, automatically the second trunk is used (CM send invites no reply)

Question:

When all channels on the first IVR are used we receive a busy signal and the second IVR is not used.

Is this correct? Can we change something so that when we receive a busy on the first SIP trunk, the second is used?

Thanks

Jan
