Hi All, I have some confusion about the renewal of Smartnet Contract for IP Telephony.
What I understand is:
1. If I take support for UCS servers by providing Chassis number, I will get support for Hardware
2. If I take ISV1 support, I will get support for VMWare
My Doubt is:
1. Can I take support only for VMWare or UCS, or do I have to take both?
2. I have CUCM, TMS, Unity, Presence and Meeting Place installed in UCS, how to get support for these?
Kindly help to understand.

Dear Rajan, If I take smartnet support for UCS Chassis and ISV1, will it be enough to log a call for any issues related to services installed in UCS server. Kindly confirm.
Please share if there is any cisco URL related to this topic.
