We have a growing number of employees that do not require a phone however by corporate policy we can't allow their calls to terminate on their cell phone's voicemail. We decided that SNR would be a great solution for this. However I can't seem to get it to work unless a phone is programmed with the number. If I do program a phone with the number that never registers and uncheck all of the forward to voicemail options the result is a fast busy.
Can anyone give me an idea on how to configure this properly?
