I can't seem to find this issue, intermittently some phones when the phone call is answered do not get their soft keys. Hold, end call ect does not show up, as if they are not on a call. Also, some users when trying to transfer, can press the transfer key, enter the number to transfer to, but the transfer key does not show up the second time and they cannot transfer the call or get it back. happening more frequently as time is passing. 5 subscriber system, on 3 different sites, all VM, about 3500 phones, all 79xx series. Any help would be greatly appreciated ,

What firmware are you running, have you tried upgrading the firmware?

Latest. 9.4(2)-1s on 7965's.

The 2nd symptom seems to be related to this bug: https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCun26289

We had that issue before, that is why we upgraded to 9.4(2). it fixed it fo rthe people with headsets. Very similar tho, I will check the firmware locally on those phones to be sure its up to date.
