Soundstation IP 7000 conference call

Hi All

i have a soundstation IP 7000 registered with CUCM 7.1.3. I can make and receive calls but i cannot start or receive a conference call. Can anyone please assist. thanks

Does the device have a Media Resource Group assigned to it, if so does that MRG contain conferencing hardware/software?

I don't think the HW or SW conf bridge is going to matter what matters is that YES you have a MRGL assigned to the physical phone which contains a conference bridges at least.

Just to clarify I wasn't questioning what type of conference bridge it has, just that it has one available.
