speed dial button in C6941

Our customer have some C6941 ip phones, they want to program the buttons to be speed-dial button. How can they program by themself ?

The CME user web page. They can edit the settings from there.

You can program speed-dials single or two keys) from the Applications -> Service button.

There is no need to give users Web access to do that.
