Hi,
In a small one site solution where we have a single CCM 4.2.3 server, Voice Gateway in a 2801 with SRST connecting via PRI to the central office a problem occurs when the SRST function kicks in.
The PRI interface stays down and will not allow answer or placement of calls.
I know it is probably a simple config error, but I have not been able to sort it out.
Any help highly appriciated.

At the cco you have a good example, take a look and compare it with your solution, it can be helpful to see if you have a configuration error:

Just a side note. Make sure the 'PRI Backhaul' ports UDP2427 & TCP2428 are not being blocked anywhere along the path lying in between the gateway and CCM.
Before that can you pls post the output from gateway show isdn status?. Try this command out few times since it is possible the status can change be continuously.
