Hi,
I have a site with 80 phones (mix of 7942 and 7965). The branch router is a 2811. Cisco documentation says there is a hardware limit of 36 phones on the 2811 platform for SRST. My question is, in case of a WAN outage is it possible to individually proritise which phones register with the router. Because obviously not all phones can register. Thanks for the help.

Karthik,
there is a very easy way to prioritize phones.
Make 2 device pools:
-1 with an SRST reference point (DP_DEVICE_SRST for example)
-1 without an SRST reference point. (DP_DEVICE_No_SRST for example)
You can see where this is leading to put all phones that need to register into:
DP_DEVICE_SRST and all phone that have no SRST requirements in the other device pool.
If this is usefull,

Hi
Having multiple callmanager groups with changing SRST option could be one of the options.

Thanks all for the response. What you suggest is a very good option. Let me try it out. Thanks.
