Hi,
I have configured SRTS as under:
call-manager-fallback
max-conferences 8 gain -6
transfer-system full-consult
ip source-address 192.168.132.1 port 2000
max-ephones 5
max-dn 5
keepalive 20
CUCM configurations are attached.
issue is that from phone settings "calla manager 1" under 192.168.132.92 active is present.
but SRST IP address is not present.

Can you verify the TFTP server configured on the phone? Is it manually configured or obtained via DHCP? Is it the same on both working and non-working phones?
