Did you assign this SRST reference to the proper device pool?

Brandon

Hi Brandon,

Yes I have applied to proper device pool.

BR

Abdul Karim

And the device pool is assigned to the phone?

Hi

Yes Device pool is assigned to phone

Did you reset the device pool and phone?

Yes I reset device pool and Phone as well

I have connected 7965 to network SRST was working normal for it.

But 7912 or 7905 it is not working. for your reference one image is attached.

Can you verify the TFTP server configured on the phone? Is it manually configured or obtained via DHCP? Is it the same on both working and non-working phones?

Brandon
