I'm not aware of any reports for that, but you could check the switch ports. Assuming ios - copy the output of a show mac address-table into excel, sort by interface and look for multiple addresses on a single interface. By default a show cdp neighbors will show you which interfaces have cisco phones since not every interface with multiple addresses will be a phone.
