Hi All,
Good Day. We encountered an issue wherein incoming and outgoing calls are not working. Performed a debug to check the reason of the unsuccessful calls and we found an error %FLEXDSPRM-5-OUT_OF_RESOURCES: No dsps found either locally or globally. Kindly see the detailed debug output below.

To immediately restore the operation, we tried to reboot the voice gateway and after the reboot, all calls are now working. I posted this issue or error to check/verify what really happened to the Voice Gateway so that we can prevent or permanently solve the issue. Kindly see attached file for the configuration of the voice gateway. Appreciate your help.
Thank you,
Kier

You have oversubscribed the DSP Resources.
You have 2 PVDM2-32 and enabled 30 Channel PRI, 8 High Complexity Transcoding and 2 High Complexity Conferencing.
Most probably you were out of DSP resources at that time.
Use below DSP Calculator to analyize.
http://www.cisco.com/web/applicat/dsprecal/dsp_calc.html
http://www.cisco.com/web/applicat/dsprecal/help.html
You can remove high complexity codes and reduce trancoding and conferencing sessions

Please rate and mark correct if applicable <<<<<<<<
