I have new 8845 video phone connected to BE6000 ver 10.5.1
have uploaded required firmware.
I can see the file in tftp server , but does not show under firmware tab on CUCM
rebooted the server, Phones gets IP info , TFTP info properly but does not load
any Idea to integrate 8845 to this version?

Does it show under device -> phone??? If not

You need to be on CUCM 10.5.2 for compatibility, see 8845 data sheet:

Exactly, as I pointed out 10.5.2 is the minimum version required on the 10.5 train to support these models.
