You got to be a little bit more specific than this for anyone to be able to help you. Cisco is a company, not a product or a system. There are literally thousands of products and systems that comes from Cisco.

I believe I signed in to the IP telephone and phone site. From my perspective, Cisco is a company that sold us a product, which was a phone over internet system, and would hopefully provide some service when it does not work very well. I've tried to fix it but there is not a 'good' help button or reading material, and when it fails, there is not an error message to report.
Not very good software in my opinion.

Actually Cisco has an excellent support organisation called TAC, Technical Assistance Center. You can open a support case with them if you have the appropriate support contract.
You are correct in that you did post in the IP Telephony and Phones section of the public support community, however that doesn’t necessarily mean that anyone would understand what your original post was pertaining to in any details. To add to this, this community is not the official support channel from Cisco. It’s comprises of volunteers that tries their very best to answer and help their fellow peers out on their own time.
By the sound of your post it might be that you are an end user of a phone system and not the administrator of it. If so it would be advisable to first reach out to your IT support organisation to ask for their assistance on any issues that you have.
