Tandberg E20 with Other Cisco IP Telephone One way voice probmlem

Hello,

I have E20 Tandberg  version TE-4.1.1, register with sip it can send and receive outbound calls,

When i try local call 7911,7965,7945,9971 ip telephone  i can not hear voice,

Therefore,When i calls local ip phone one way voice problem, but outbound calls working normally

Hi,

Check that their is both way IP routing between the VLAN for the IP phones and the VLAN for the Tandberg.

Hello,

I checked it, E20 and other phone different vlan,

E20:192.168.166.0

other ip phone : 192.168.164.0 (voice vlan)

E20 does not register via voice vlan,

Have you made sure that you can ping both ways beween these Ip subnets.

You will need to find out what does the layer 3 ip routing between the subnets.

Is it a router , layer3 switch or a firewall etc
