How can we enable BFCP over ICT trunk for content sharing?

As per best of my knowledge, BFCP is supported only on full SIP networks.

BFCP is not supported on ICT trunks taken the fact that you are referring to H.323 ICT.

Thank you All,

Changed ICT to SIP Trunk and enabled the BFCP. Intercluster content sharing between the telepresence devices are working.
