The new configured extensions can't call certain internal extension on CME

Dear Gent,

I have a CME with many extensions.

Recently I noted that when I configure a new phone or new extensions, these extensions or phones can't call extension number 300.

While they can call 301, 311 and they can call all extensions except this extension (300) and the old phones can call 300 properly!!

Could you help me please to avoid this issue?

Hello,

You may try to create cnf-files (and restart 1-2 new phones) and see if this works for you

  1. enable
  2. configure terminal
  3. telephony-service
  4. create cnf-files
  5. end

If possible, please post your running-config to have a better understanding of your enviroment.

George

Sorry I think there is an issue in attaching.

Dear Gent,

I also have an other issue that the new configured 6921 phones doesn't load the new firmware 9.4.1.3 it is still on 9.3.3.2.

I also added sh telephony-services and sh flash0: in attached file

I forgot to mention that the new Extension (480,284,281,280,...) can't call extension number 300

I restarted ephone 300 and the new extensions but no benefit.

I set the extension 300 on old phone still the new extensions can't call

I set one of the new extensions on my existing phone still can't call 300

Is there any body can help me ?
