Hellow.
Is there a way on 12.5 CUCM, two Fanvil Devices, which are registered with the same DN to behave as one. For Example, if one of the two fanvil devices answers the call and then put it on Hold, the other to have the ability to take the call and vise versa.
With Cisco devices with the same DN, we have this capability.
Thank you.

Thank you for the answer. Do you know why not? Ηas to do it with the fact that the 3rd sip devices does not send the Mac Address? Thank you.

Probably because the feature is only available for Cisco phones.

Shared directory numbers are not supported on 3rd party SIP devices in CM.
