Third party SIP devices

Hi 
I have registered three 3rd party sip devices to my cucm 12.5
1- grandstream 3380
2-grandstream 2613
3- Huawei espace
they are all registered. calls between grandstreams 3380 and Huawei is working fine. my issue is with grandstream 2613 which can call cisco phones , grandstream 3380 but not huawei espace. when i call the huawei will ring but once you pick up there is no sound what so ever.

Codec is fine

Call is connecting which means codec negotiation is fine.

Now collect the packet capture from both end and see the RTP Stream.

One way or No way audio generally the routing issue and port blocking from firewall end.

There is no RTP stream, but also there is no firewall. they are both on the same vlan on the same switch even

Does the call shows connected ?

so only issue which you’re facing is no sound ?

is it both side or single side ?

If it’s showing connected and there is no voice then we have to check routing .

Are they both in same vlan?
