third party sip phone cannot display alerting name on history

Good day all,

I using x-lite(sip phone basic),but it just can show caller id on call history for received call,it cannot show alerting name for outgoing call,I have already configured alerting name on other cisco phone line.

Any idea?

I don't think any of the third party SIP phone has this capability in CUCM environment except very basic calling features.
